“I’ll see you all very soon, I’m sure.”

His hidden threat gains a raised eyebrow from me, knowing that now more than ever we need to deal with this fuck since he clearly isn’t leaving this shit in the past. He nods before exiting, leaving us alone once more and as soon as the door clicks shut behind him, I lower my head, pulling Charley closer to me.

“There’s that little fucking badass I always knew you were.”

I feel her cheeks lift into a smile against my lips before she turns in my arms and leaps up. I catch her effortlessly as she wraps her arms and legs around me, clinging to me tightly. With a low growl, I press my palms up her thighs, feeling the warmth of thefatty flesh beneath my fingertips, until I strengthen my grip on the curve of her juicy ass, evoking a gasp from her as I grit my teeth against her lips.

“Now where the fuck were we before that rude cunt interrupted us?”

I stare at myself in the mirror, hands resting on the counter in front of me and draw a deep breath before lowering my eyes. When I hear them enter the bathroom behind me, I pause.

“Are you sure you’re ready for this?”

I lift my eyes in the reflection, and they meet Reign, who is waiting for my answer. I glance between them both, knowing that before I can truly move on, this is something I must and need to do. I need to face him.

“I mean, you only need to give us the word, and we can do it without you even there.”

My eyes settle on Chaos, but how do I tell them that I am going to be the one to end Maddox? After all, that is what I told himwould happen and I plan to uphold that gruesome promise. I thought maybe I could let them just do it and get it over with, and I wouldn’t have to face him ever again, but given how long I have taken to decide, I think it is fair to say that I’ve always known deep down what I wanted. I wanted to handle this myself.

The burden has weighed on me like a dark cloud, twisting my thoughts into something sinister. I have been contemplating ways to kill him, finding the method that will inflict the most misery upon him. These thoughts emerge from a part of me I never knew existed, born from the trauma I endured. It's changed me, turning me into something I never thought I could be. But I hope that after doing this, I will find closure.

Sometimes I question if this makes me just as monstrous as him, but then I remind myself that I could never be anything like him. There is absolutely nothing within me that resembles him; this is simply me reclaiming my power and giving him what he truly deserves. For all the women he has abused, I will ensure he faces the fucking consequences.

I stand tall, bridging the distance between us, and when I come to a halt in front of them, I bring my palms to the sides of their necks, guiding Reign's lips down to meet mine first. Our kiss ignites with passion, a fierce connection, his soft, warm tongue deepening with every stroke, setting my entire body on fire. When I break away, I turn to Chaos, craving the touch of his lips against mine as well. As our mouths collide, desire courses through my veins, electrifying every inch of my body as he ravages my mouth with a dominating intensity.

When I finally release their necks, they stand before me, their chests rising and falling with each breath they take, their arousal evident in their stormy, dark eyes. My hands linger on theirstrong chests as I gaze between them, feeling a surge of emotions coursing through me, but mostly, determination.

“Don’t worry. I am ready. With both of you by my side, I know I am ready for anything.”

On the way to where Maddox is detained, I am in the passenger seat of Reign’s car while Chaos sits in the back. I stare ahead, lost in a trance of wild thoughts, until Reign reaches over and slips his hand onto my inner thigh.

I blink for the first time in what feels like forever, my eyes burning, and a tear slips down my cheek. I glance over at him, and he is already looking at me, but there is a hint of concern in his eyes. I simply smile, sliding my hand into his and entwining our fingers in a tight hold, attempting to ease his mind.

After a short drive, night has fallen upon us and we are pulling up to a desolate area that I have never seen before, of course. As the guys jump out first, I pause, inhaling a deep breath before finally turning to the door beside me. Before I can open it, Chao already has, and I give him a small smile as I step out.

While he closes it behind me, I notice a guy leaned up against a black, matte Lamborghini, smoking a cigarette. My eyes wander over him, noting that he has a similar style to Maddox, as well as tattoos. He is dressed in a black shirt, buttoned halfway down and tight pants with glossy black shoes; he is undeniably attractive, but the dark energy that emanates from him is something powerful, something of importance.

As Chaos and Reign stand beside me, the guy flicks his cigarette away before pushing himself away from the car. He strides in our direction and when he halts in front of us, I must look up at him since he is just as tall as Reign. He raises his chin to Reign and then Chaos before settling his dark eyes on mine and I am almost tempted to look away, but I don’t.

“So, how do you want me to finish him? I could skin him alive if you’d like. Pour acid on his face? Shoot adrenaline through his fucking veins so he stays alive while I chop him into tiny fucking pieces. I have some wild thoughts about how to finally kill this fuck.”

He cocks his head to the side in an unsettling manner, and I glance up at Reign beside me, my brows pinched, and he offers me a small smile.

“This is Arlo Hayes.”

My eyes move back to Arlo, remembering the name Reign mentioned once or twice. The top Elite Criminal here in New York if I remember correctly, the one who helped save me, but now it makes sense to me of why he radiates such supremacy. When I find my voice, I shake my head once.

“I don’t.”

Arlo raises an eyebrow and I continue.

“I want to do it.”

When the boys get ready to protest as I knew they would, Arlo’s eyes don’t leave mine as he raises his hand calmly to stop them and to my amazement, they do.

“Let’s listen to what she has to say.”

I inhale deeply, avoiding eye contact with both Chaos and Reign and keeping my focus on Arlo.
