I arch a brow at her while yanking her into my chest. “Is that right?”
She nods slowly. “Yes. In fact, I think that if you don’t take me back to our hotel and fuck me right now, I’m going to be even more pissed at you.”
“You’re pissed at me? I thought you were happy I defended you?”
She presses up on her toes and kisses me before saying, “Less talking, more fucking. The words can wait for now.”

“That’s it, baby. Ride this fucking cock.” Dilynne’s hips move in slow motion as she straddles me, teasing me without taking me all the way in. “Fuck, Dilynne. You’re killing me.”
“Torture can work both ways,” she says before sitting up all the way, finally taking me inside of her fully.
“Fuuuuuck…”
“Jesus, Elliot. It’s so good,” she says as her hands slide into the hair spilling down around her shoulders, her hips still moving over mine.
“Use me, Dil. Fucking take what you need.”
She keeps undulating her hips—up and down and in circles, over and over until I feel her clench around me. “Shit, I’m gonna come.” She gasps as the first wave hits her, and I wait until she starts to come down before I flip her over, hook her leg around my waist, and find her clit, rubbing her the way I know she needs as we find the finish line together, the second time for her.
Her eyes pop open, and whatever’s been eating at her is back with a vengeance.
“Dil, are you okay?”
She shakes her head. “No.”
“What’s going on?”
Her hand pushes against my chest as I slide out of her and let her stand from the bed. She heads toward the bathroom, and suddenly I’m right back in the same predicament that we were in last week. Only this time, she’s not crying.
No. Dilynne Clark is well and truly pissed.
This time she comes back into the room wrapped in a bathrobe, but doesn’t hesitate to speak. “Okay, Elliot. It’s time to start talking.”
Chapter 31
Dilynne
Letting Myself Fall
“You owe me an explanation,” I say, ready to confront this thing with Elliot head-on. Today was the final straw for me, and I know that both of us need to say some things before we can entirely be on the same page.
“Okay…”
Crossing my arms over my chest, I arch a brow at him. “Tell me what’s going on with your dad.”
His brows lift. “What do you mean?”
“I’m not stupid, Elliot. In fact, I’m surprised I didn’t realize it sooner.” Sighing heavily, I continue. “It dawned on me when we were driving back to the hotel just now. The only reason why you would want to keep me in the dark is because you think that I can’t handle Vinnie, Motorlux, andwhat’s going on with you. Well, newsflash, that’s what I signed up for when I suggested being your fake fiancée.”
Hemimics my stance. “Well, I told you that I didn’t want to make this week about me…”
“And I’m telling you that I want to know what’s going on with you, so open up, jackass.”
He huffs out a laugh. “Back to insulting me, huh?”
“Yes, when you deserve it,” I take a step closer to him and grip his chin as my eyes search his. “I’m not some delicate flower that can’t handle real life right now. You and I have gone through enough real-life shit together over the past six weeks. You told me you would be honest with me.”
