But when Poppy helps Brookes find himself again, and Brookes helps Poppy fight the demons from her past that she’s kept hidden from everyone, the two grow closer. And when the lines between real and fake, and right and wrong begin to blur, Brookes finds himself wondering if what he didn’t want, might be exactly what he needs.
